Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Advisors to join our team. As a Sales Advisor in Insurance, you will play a key role in helping customers understand their insurance needs, providing professional guidance, and offering suitable insurance products. The ideal candidate should be a good listener and motivated to achieve sales goals while maintaining long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assess customers needs to recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
2. Educate customers on policy details, benefits, premiums, and terms & conditions.
3. Assist customers with application forms, documentation, and claim-related guidance.
4. Maintain continuous customer relationships for policy servicing, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.
5. Achieve assigned sales targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Minimum 12th Pass; Graduation preferred.
2. Prior experience in sales.
3. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
4. Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented.
5. Ability to explain the benefit of the products clearly and build trust.
6. Basic computer knowledge
