Key Responsibilities
>Handle incoming calls from US customers placing food orders.
>Accurately take customer orders and enter them into the system.
>Ensure high-quality customer experience by addressing customer queries or concerns promptly and professionally.
>Should follow Customer-centric approach.
>Meet performance metrics including call quality, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
>Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to improve processes and performance.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in international voice-based customer service (preferably in the BPO industry).
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Minimum qualification: Graduate or Undergraduate (any stream).
Comfortable working in US night shifts (1:30 AM – 10:30 AM IST). Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: Up to ₹35,000/month (based on experience and performance)
