PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
● Ability to communicate with our global customers in both written and spoken English within corporate
environment
● Candidates will be handling in dealing with customers for e-commerce for electronic supplies.
● Should have basic knowledge of the e-commerce service industry.
● Flexible to work in a blended business. (Calls , chat and emails)
● Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
● Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
● Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
● Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to
ensure resolution
