Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries via chat support for healthcare services.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of communication and professionalism.
• Adhere to company guidelines and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
• Graduation mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills (Voice selection only for exceptional communication).
• Minimum 6 months of experience in an international process.
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts and take any two rotational week-offs.
• 5 working days per week.
