Handle inbound customer queries for AT&T services professionally and efficiently
Provide accurate information and effective resolution to customer issues
Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication and support
Maintain call quality and compliance standards
Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Adhere to schedules in a night shift, international process setup
CTC: ₹24,000 to ₹34,000 per month
Performance Incentives: Up to ₹5,000 per month
Overtime Allowance: Up to ₹10,000 per month (based on hours)
Travel Allowance + Cab Facilities (as per company policy)
Night Shift Allowance (included)
Qualification: HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate in any discipline
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
Communication: Excellent spoken English and interpersonal skills are mandatory
