Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives for the Walmart process. The role involves handling international voice interactions, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and/or outbound international customer calls
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries effectively
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during interactions
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction benchmarks
Document customer interactions accurately in the system
Eligibility Criteria
Any Graduate or Undergraduate can apply
Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice BPO process
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities
Salary & Benefits
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 CTC per month (based on experience and performance)
Performance-based incentives (if applicable)
Shifts & Working Days
5.5 days working with rotational shifts and weekly offs
Should be flexible to work in night shifts
Cab Facility
For Male employees: ₹180 per night shift (as per number of night shifts)
For Female employees: One-side cab facility during odd hours

Candidates must clear Versant Test (C1 – US Voice Level)

International Inbond Calling experience is must with fluent english.
