Job Description:
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals for the role of Customer Support Executive in an International Process. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing resolutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via calls, chat, or email in an international process
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns effectively
Maintain a professional and positive attitude while interacting with customers
Ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to quality standards
Meet performance targets and KPIs
Eligibility Criteria:
Good to excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
Ability to understand and speak fluently with international customers
Basic computer knowledge
Work Details:
5 days working with 2 rotational offs
Rotational shifts (including night shifts)
Cab facility available (as per company policy)
