We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a US Voice Process at Concentrix. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and delivering excellent customer experience in a fast-paced BPO environment.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls from US customers professionally

Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner

Provide accurate information about products/services

Maintain call logs and update CRM/ticketing systems

Work in a 24/7 environment with rotational shifts.

🎯 Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)

Neutral accent for US customers.
