Job Role: Customer Support Executive – Voice/Chat (Insurance Process)

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound or outbound customer calls/chats related to insurance.
Explain insurance policies, renewals, claims, and benefits.
Resolve customer queries professionally.
Update customer details in the system.
Meet quality and productivity targets. AApna+1

Eligibility:

12th pass or graduate (depends on the process).
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good English communication skills; some processes may also require Hindi. AApna

Shift:

Day shift is available for some domestic processes, while other processes may have rotational shifts depending on the client. Shift timings vary by project. AApna
