Customer Support Executive (Voice Process) – Axis Bank

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the Inbound Voice Process with Axis Bank. The role involves handling inbound customer calls, resolving queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Role: Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)
Process: Inbound Voice Support
Location: Raheja Mindspace Building, Beside Singapore Township, Pocharam

Eligibility:

Intermediate (Mandatory)

Languages Required:

English (Mandatory)
Hindi (Mandatory)
Telugu (Preferred) or any other regional language

Salary & Benefits:

Freshers: ₹17,000 (In-hand)
Experienced: ₹19,000 (CTC)
Cab facility provided

Work Schedule:

6 Days Working
1 Rotational Week Off
