Job Summary:
Club Viator Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated and professional MRD Executive to manage customer communication and support operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, drafting professional emails, and ensuring timely resolution of customer concerns to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer support through email and phone communication.

• Draft and respond to professional emails related to customer queries and service requests.

• Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within the given timeframe.

• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth query resolution.

• Provide accurate information regarding company services and holiday packages.

• Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain service quality.

  Required Skills:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong email drafting ability.

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, CRM if applicable).

  • Problem-solving and customer-handling skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple queries efficiently.
