Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on Experience)

About the Role

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Care Executives for our International BPO process. Candidates with excellent English communication skills and a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and concerns through calls, emails, or chats.

• Provide accurate information and excellent customer support.

• Maintain a professional and courteous approach while interacting with customers.

• Resolve customer issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Follow company processes and quality standards.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written English communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.

Shift Details

• Shift Timing: 1:00 PM to 10:30 PM (UK Shift)

• Working Days: Monday to Friday

• Weekends Off

Compensation & Benefits
