Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive (Voice Process) to support our Internet Service Provider (ISP) operations in Pondicherry. The role involves handling customer calls, resolving service-related queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to internet service support.
Work with customers/employees to identify connection/computer issues and advise on solutions.
Log and maintain accurate records of customer/employee queries and resolutions.
Coordinate with technical teams for troubleshooting downtime or service disruptions.
Professional communication to ensure a positive customer experience.
Follow escalation protocols when required to resolve complex issues.
Profile Requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English & regional language preferred).
Good logical reasoning and analytical skills.
Ability to handle high-volume customer calls with patience and professionalism.
Customer-first mindset with problem-solving attitude.
Eligibility
Any Graduate (Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply).
Diploma holders and college dropouts are also eligible.
Pondicherry candidates preferred.
