We are hiring a Customer Care Executive for the Vodafone Idea (Vi) process. The ideal candidate should be confident, customer-focused, and able to handle queries with patience and clarity.
Handle inbound & outbound customer calls
Resolve customer queries related to Vi services, plans, billing, and network issues
Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain call records & follow communication guidelines
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when needed
Minimum 6 months – 1 year experience in customer support (freshers with good communication can also apply)
Good Hindi & basic English communication skills
Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with telecom services is a plus
₹8,000 – ₹12,000 (depending on experience)
