✨ Job Description – Customer Care Executive (UK Process)
🔹 Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound/outbound UK customer calls professionally.
• Resolve queries related to services, orders, accounts, or technical issues.
• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.
• Provide clear and effective solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
• Work collaboratively with the team and supervisors.
🔹 Required Skills:
• Strong English communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (typing, CRM handling).
• Good listening and problem-solving ability.
• Patience and positive attitude while dealing with customers.
• BPO/Customer Service experience preferred (Freshers can also apply).
🔹 Eligibility:
• Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
• Age: 18+
• Comfortable with UK shift timing (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM).
