Job Description:

Startek is hiring Customer Support Executives for a blended process (voice + chat) for Flipkart. Candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service through calls and chats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via calls and chat

• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues

• Maintain professionalism and customer satisfaction

• Follow company guidelines and processes

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary (HS pass)

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

• Good communication skills required

Work Details:

• 6 days working with 1 rotational day off

• 24×7 shift (rotational shifts)

• Work from office
