Handle customer queries and concerns via calls, emails, or chats
Provide accurate information about products/services to customers
Resolve customer complaints in a polite, professional, and timely manner
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Adhere to company policies, processes, and quality standards
Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Email, Internet)
Customer-friendly attitude with problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a team and handle pressure
Willingness to learn and adapt (training will be provided for freshers)
Prior experience in customer support / BPO / call center is an advantage
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
