Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

• Communicate with existing customers and maintain strong relationships.

• Follow up with customers for repeat orders and pending requirements.

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues.

• Take and coordinate medicine orders with the sales/operations team.

• Maintain customer records, call reports, and follow-up data.

• Identify customer requirements and coordinate with relevant departments.

• Ensure timely follow-up and customer satisfaction.

• Prepare daily/weekly customer call and retention reports.

• RequirementsGood communication and customer-handling skills.

• Comfortable speaking with customers over phone.

• Basic MS Excel and computer knowledge.

• Experience in customer care, telesales, retention, or pharmaceutical sales preferred.

• Positive attitude, patience, and strong follow-up skills.

• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply..

Salary: ₹10,000–₹13,000 per month, depending on experience.
