Customer Care Executive
Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
Provide accurate information related to health, nutrition, and general medical queries.
Understand and respond appropriately to callers' health-related concerns.
Record and update call details in the system.
Coordinate with internal teams for query resolution.
Conduct timely follow-ups with callers.
Maintain empathy, patience, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Follow all project guidelines and processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
Empathy and patience while handling health-related queries.
Basic computer and data-entry skills.
Knowledge of basic medical terminology.
Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Graduate degree in Healthcare / Life Sciences / Paramedical fields, such as:
B.Sc. Nursing
B.Sc. Biology / Zoology / Microbiology / Biotechnology
B.Sc. Dietetics / Nutrition
B.Pharm
BPT (Physiotherapy)
BHMS
BAMS
Other relevant healthcare or paramedical qualifications
Experience in hospitals, clinics, healthcare BPOs, or call centers preferred.
Freshers with relevant qualifications and good communication skills can also apply.
