💼 Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from SBI customers.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Assist customers with banking-related services and requests.
- Maintain professional and polite communication throughout the call.
- Follow company and process guidelines while handling customer interactions.
- Maintain quality and productivity standards.
🎓 Eligibility
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills in English/Hindi.
- Comfortable working in a voice-based customer service role.
- Basic computer knowledge required.
