Job Title: Customer care executive

🔹 Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers regarding medical tests and services
Assist patients in booking and scheduling appointments
Provide accurate information about diagnostic services
Maintain clear communication and resolve basic queries
Ensure a positive and professional interaction on every call
🔹 Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification: HSC (12th Pass) / Graduate
Freshers are welcome
Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential
🔹 Language Requirement (20 Positions)
10 Tamil-speaking candidates
10 Gujarati-speaking candidates

Salary: Up to ₹16,000 per month
