• Position: Customer Care Executive

• Process: Voice & Non-Voice

• Location: Kolkata

• Experience: Freshers & Experienced

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate – Both Eligible

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹27,000 CTC

• Salary depends on: Experience & Communication Skills

• Industry: BPO / Customer Service

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls, chat or email

• Resolve customer complaints and concerns

• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions

• Handle customer requests professionally

• Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality

• Escalate complex issues to the concerned team

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

• Follow company policies and process guidelines

• Achieve assigned quality and productivity targets

Candidate Requirements

• 12th Pass & Graduates both eligible

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Good customer-handling skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Good typing skills for non-voice roles

• Good listening and problem-solving abilities

• Professional and positive attitude

• Comfortable working in rotational shifts

Voice Process

• Handle customer calls

• Understand customer concerns

• Provide appropriate resolutions

• Maintain professional communication

• Good verbal communication required

Non-Voice Process

• Handle customer queries through chat/email

• Provide written resolutions to customers

• Maintain accurate information in the system

• Good typing and written communication required
