Key Responsibilities :-
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Document customer interactions and feedback using CRM systems or support tools.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, product) to resolve complex issues.
Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully addressed.
Maintain product knowledge to provide accurate information and support.
Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to processes or products.
