We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team at ALTRUIST. The role offers ₹ 17,000 - ₹ 18,000 and involves managing customer calls, delivering outstanding customer service related to BPO.

Job Requirements:

1-- Graduate fresher can also apply for this job

2-- 12th pass with minimum 6th month of experience in customer Service or Telesales.

3-- We need candidates with fluent English.

Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.
Respond to customer inquiries, complaints and concerns with a problem-solving mindset.
Log customer interactions and track follow-ups.

Meet key performance metrics including call handling time, customer satisfaction and resolution rates.
