Job Title: Customer Care Executive

Company: Altruist Technologies Private Limited

Salary: ₹13,000 - ₹22,000 per month (In-hand)

Experience: 0 - 5 Years (Freshers & Experienced)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently in a Day shift.

• Address customer queries, resolve concerns, and manage complaints.

• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow up when required.

• Provide customers with accurate information to help resolve their issues.

• Meet performance targets and work with other departments to manage and escalate complex issues.

Profile 1: Premium Voice Process (WCC)

• Salary: ₹16,500 - ₹18,000 (In-hand)

• Education: Graduation strictly mandatory

• Experience: Minimum 1-year experience mandatory

• Languages: Excellent English + Hindi / Kannada / Tamil / Malayalam

Profile 2: Broadband & MLOB Process

• Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹20,000 (In-hand)

• Education: Graduation strictly mandatory

• Experience: Minimum 1-year experience mandatory

• Languages: Excellent English + Kannada / Tamil / Hindi / Malayalam

• Shift Details: 5 Days working with 2 rotational week-offs

Profile 3: IPRU Process

• Salary: ₹13,700 (In-hand)

• Education: 12th Pass (PUC) and above

• Experience: Freshers welcome (0-5 years)

• Languages: Good English + Hindi / Marathi / Bengali / Odiya / Assamese

• Shift Details: 6 Days working with 1 rotational week-off

Profile 4: Prepaid Process

• Salary: ₹14,000 - ₹16,000 (In-hand)

• Education: 12th Pass (PUC) and above

• Experience: Freshers welcome (0-5 years)

• Languages: Average English + Kannada / Tamil / Malayalam

• Shift Details: 6 Days working with 1 rotational week-off

• Preference: Higher preference for Male candidates.

• Language Exclusions: Telugu language skills are NOT required for these openings.
