We are looking for a Customer Support Executive - Work From Office (International & Domestic BPO Process) to join our team. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing customer queries and concerns efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner
Provide support for both International and Domestic BPO processes
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Provide timely and relevant information to customers to resolve their issues
Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates
Ensure high standards of communication and service quality
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduation (preferred) with experience in the Customer Support/BPO domain (International or Domestic Process). Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
Strong communication skills are mandatory
Freshers must know Hindi along with any one regional language: Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam
Candidates must be comfortable working complete night shifts
Ability to handle customer interactions confidently and professionally
Open to rotational schedules as per business requirements
Candidates must be open to working a 6-day week during night shifts.
