Job Responsibilities:
• Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and in-person interactions.
• Assist customers with product details, availability, pricing, sizes, colours, and offers.
• Follow up with customers regarding orders, alterations, deliveries, and appointments.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and politely.
• Coordinate with the sales, tailoring, and other teams to ensure smooth customer service.
• Maintain customer details, order records, and follow-up information.
• Inform customers about new arrivals, promotions, offers, and special collections.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support the boutique team with daily customer-related activities.
• Willingness to travel outside the boutique for work-related tasks, deliveries, meetings, purchases, or other business requirements whenever needed.
Requirements:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude.
• Basic computer and WhatsApp/social media knowledge.
• Previous experience in customer care, retail, boutique, or hospitality is preferred.
• Fresher candidates with good communication skills can also apply.
• Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally.
