About the Role

We are looking for a confident, sharp and customer-focused CRM Manager who can build strong relationships with clients, maintain regular follow-ups, and reconnect with our old and inactive customers to generate new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have a sharp memory, clear communication skills, strong follow-up ability, and the confidence to coordinate effectively with clients, purchase teams, sales teams and warehouse employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and strong follow-ups with existing and potential customers.

• Reconnect with old/inactive customers and bring them back into business.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and purchase teams.

• Understand customer requirements and ensure timely communication with the concerned team.

• Coordinate with sales, purchase and warehouse teams for smooth order execution.

• Follow up on enquiries, orders, pending payments, dispatches and customer requirements.

• Maintain accurate records of customer conversations, requirements and follow-ups.

• Remember important customer preferences, requirements and previous discussions.

• Identify opportunities for repeat orders and additional business.

• Handle customer queries professionally and ensure quick resolution.

• Build long-term customer relationships and improve customer retention.

• Regularly update management regarding customer feedback, pending follow-ups and business opportunities.
