Position Details
Job Title: Executive – CRM
Department: Pre & Post Sales
Reports To: Manager – CRM
Location & Positions:
Bangalore – 1 Position (English, Kannada & Tamil speaking)
Kottayam – 1 Position (English, Malayalam & Hindi speaking)
Role Overview
The Executive – CRM will manage customer relationships across the pre-sales lifecycle. The role involves handling enquiries, coordinating with internal teams, supporting documentation, ensuring smooth onboarding, and maintaining long-term resident satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
· Handle inbound and outbound calls (tele calling) for enquiries and follow-ups.
· Maintain and update CRM database with accurate client/prospect information.
· Coordinate site visits and follow-ups with the Sales team.
· Track leads and ensure timely follow-up to improve conversions.
· Assist in booking documentation and proposal coordination if required
Required Skills & Competencies
· Strong communication and tele calling skills.
· Good interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
· Empathy and patience while dealing with senior citizens.
· Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
· Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
· Ability to work in a target-oriented and service-driven environment.
Educational Qualification & Experience
· Graduate in any discipline.
· 1–2 years of experience in CRM, tele calling, customer service, real estate, healthcare, or related service industry.
· Experience in handling customer enquiries, lead follow-up, or post-sales coordination preferred.
