Build strong relationships with customers by communicating fluently in Marathi.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues promptly and professionally.
Record all customer interactions, follow-ups, and service requests in the CRM software.
Collect customer feedback and share it with relevant departments for improvement.
Conduct follow-up calls, feedback calls, and engagement calls to enhance customer retention.
Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth resolution of customer issues.
Analyze customer data and prepare reports (Satisfaction Reports, Feedback Trends, Closure Reports).
Identify potential cross-selling and upselling opportunities and support the sales team.
Manage customer onboarding and guide customers about company services.
Fluency in Marathi language (Mandatory)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities
Basic knowledge of CRM software / ERP systems (preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email drafting)
Patience, positive attitude, and customer-centric mindset
Strong time management and multitasking skills
