CRM Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and optimize Lokmanya Co-Op Society's CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

• Support the planning, execution, and analysis of targeted marketing and communication campaigns through the CRM platform.

• Generate regular reports on CRM performance, customer segmentation, and campaign effectiveness to provide actionable insights.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless integration and utilization of CRM data.

• Develop and maintain user guides and provide training to internal stakeholders on CRM best practices and functionalities.

• Identify and implement process improvements within the CRM system to enhance efficiency and user experience.

• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies relevant to the financial services industry.

Required Qualifications/Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience (2+ years) in a CRM administration or executive role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.

• Strong proficiency with major CRM platforms

• Excellent data management and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful reports.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively across departments.

• High level of attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.

• Ability to troubleshoot common CRM issues and provide effective solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with marketing automation tools integrated with CRM systems.

• Familiarity with financial products and services.

• Relevant CRM certifications is plus
