Job Summary:
We are hiring a detail-oriented CRM Executive to manage student/leads data, ensure smooth communication, and support counselling and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Connect with clients and maintain regular follow-ups.
Manage and update client/lead data in CRM daily.
Handle client queries and provide timely resolutions.
Track leads and maintain communication records.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Knowledge of CRM tools.
Good communication skills (English, Hindi/Bengali preferred).
Proficiency in MS Excel & Google Sheets.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Preferred:
Experience in education consultancy or service-based CRM roles.
Knowledge of admissions and counselling process.
