CRM Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Make regular outbound calls to existing and potential business parties to develop new business opportunities.

• Identify and connect with new parties through calling and follow-up activities.

• Introduce the company, products, and business opportunities in a professional and convincing manner.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, distributors, stockists, retailers, and other business partners.

• Communicate professionally and confidently with parties and understand their business requirements.

• Regularly follow up with potential parties and convert inquiries into active business opportunities.

• Maintain continuous communication with existing parties and ensure proper customer relationship management.

• Understand customer requirements, queries, feedback, and concerns and coordinate with the concerned team for appropriate solutions.

• Share product information, price details, availability, and other relevant information as per company guidelines.

• Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing team regarding new leads, customer requirements, orders, and follow-ups.

• Maintain accurate records of customer details, calling activities, leads, follow-ups, and business discussions in the CRM system.

• Prepare daily and weekly calling and follow-up reports for management.

• Maintain proper follow-up schedules to ensure that no potential lead or customer is missed.

• Collect market feedback and important customer information and share it with management.

• Work towards achieving assigned calling, lead-generation, follow-up, and business-development targets.

• Maintain a professional, polite, and positive approach during every customer interaction.
