We are looking for a customer-oriented CRM Executive – Telecalling to strengthen our customer relationships and generate sales opportunities through effective calling and follow-ups.

Job Summary

The CRM Executive will be responsible for handling customer calls, following up on leads, engaging with existing and potential customers, scheduling showroom appointments, and supporting sales through effective customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to new, existing, and potential customers.

• Follow up with leads received through the website, social media, marketing campaigns, and other sources.

• Explain jewellery products, collections, offers, schemes, and promotions to customers.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.

• Generate showroom visits and sales opportunities through effective calling and follow-ups.

• Schedule customer appointments and coordinate with the showroom sales team.

• Maintain customer information and interaction history in the CRM system.

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

• Conduct post-sales and after-sales follow-ups.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat purchases.

• Support upselling and cross-selling activities.

• Collect customer feedback and communicate it to the concerned team.

• Maintain daily calling records and prepare regular reports.

• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.

• Coordinate with sales, store, and marketing teams for effective customer management.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 1–3 years of experience in CRM, Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales, or Customer Relationship Management.

• Experience in Gems & Jewellery, Luxury Retail, Fashion, or Premium Brands will be preferred.

• Candidates with strong communication, convincing, and sales skills are encouraged to apply.

• Comfortable handling regular customer calls and follow-ups.
