Job Title: Tele Counsellor - Domestic

Company: Frankfinn Aviation Services Private Limited

Function: Call Centre

Working Hours: 10 AM to 7 PM (Monday to Saturday)  

Week Off: Sunday (Fixed)

Minimum Education: Graduate/Undergraduate (12th Pass with result in hand)  

Experience: Minimum 6 months  

Age Range: 18 to 34 years  

Gender: Female/Male  

Industry Exposure Required: Fluent in Tamil, Kannada, and English  

Job Role:

As a Tele Counsellor at Frankfinn Aviation Services, you will be integral to our lead generation efforts. Your role involves making outgoing calls to prospective students, providing detailed information about our courses, and encouraging them to attend free career counselling sessions at our institutes.

You will also be responsible for conducting timely follow-ups to ensure that interested candidates visit our centers. Candidates should have prior outbound tele-calling experience and be adept at engaging potential students. Fluency in Tamil, Kannada, and English is essential for effective communication.

Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from 18K to 22K in-hand, with potential for salary hikes based on current pay.
