Job Overview

We are looking for a friendly, caring, and confident Patient Experience Executive to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for patients visiting our clinics.

The candidate will interact with patients, address their concerns, coordinate with clinic staff, resolve minor issues, and help improve overall patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and interact with patients to understand their needs and concerns.

• Ensure patients feel comfortable, informed, and supported during their clinic visit.

• Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to provide a smooth patient experience.

• Address concerns related to waiting time, comfort, and information promptly.

• Escalate important patient issues to the concerned team members.

• Maintain daily records of patient feedback, complaints, and resolutions.

• Identify dissatisfied patients and coordinate follow-ups to address their concerns.

• Help improve patient satisfaction by suggesting practical improvements.

• Build positive relationships with patients and their family members.

• Participate in training sessions and patient experience improvement initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.

• Experience in customer service, hospital reception, hospitality, retail, or front office is preferred.

• Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills may also apply.

• Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.

• Friendly personality with a patient-first attitude.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and communicate confidently with people.
