The Clinical Counsellor provides professional counselling, assessment, and therapeutic support to patients/clients dealing with mental health issues, substance use disorders, behavioral problems, emotional difficulties, and psychosocial challenges. The counsellor works closely with the multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans and support clients in achieving recovery and rehabilitation goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assessment and Evaluation
Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of clients.
Identify emotional, behavioral, psychological, and social issues.
Evaluate clients' treatment needs and readiness for change.
Maintain accurate assessment records and documentation.
