Collections Telecaller

We are looking for DRA Certified Telecallers to join our team and handle customer calls related to banking collections and overdue accounts.

The role offers a CTC of ₹18,000 to ₹20,000 per month, along with additional performance incentives and opportunities to build a career in the banking collections industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate responses.

• Follow approved calling scripts and collection processes.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers regarding overdue accounts.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Work towards assigned collection and performance targets.

• Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team when required.

Job Requirements

• Qualification: Any Graduation

• Experience: 0 to 1 year in Collections Calling / Voice Process

• Languages: Fluent in Telugu and comfortable with Hindi

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.

• Customer-focused with the ability to handle different customer personalities.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage follow-ups effectively.

• DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certification preferred.

• Comfortable working in a rotational weekly-off environment.
