Collections & Recovery Executive

About the Role We are hiring driven and result-oriented Collections & Recovery Executives to manage recovery operations for leading NBFCs and Banks. This role offers strong earning potential, structured processes, and fast career growth. Key Responsibilities • Manage and follow up on overdue accounts from NBFC and banking portfolios • Handle inbound and outbound calls for payment follow-ups • Negotiate repayment plans and settlements as per company policies • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and recovery status • Ensure strict adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and disputes • Consistently achieve and exceed assigned collection targets
