Job Title: Collection Telecaller
We are looking for an energetic and responsible Collection Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers regarding pending payments, explaining outstanding dues, and following up professionally to ensure timely collections. The role involves making regular outbound calls, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, resolving basic payment-related queries, and coordinating with the collection team when required.
Requirements: Good communication and convincing skills, basic computer knowledge, and a positive attitude. Previous experience in telecalling, collections, or customer service will be an advantage. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Salary: Fixed salary plus attractive performance-based incentives.
