Job Description

✅ Monitor delinquency buckets (DPD 1–30, 31–60, 61–90, 90+) only Via Telecalling.

✅ Strong and Hard Bucket Expert

✅ Customer Tracing Efficiencies.

✅ Drive recovery performance.

✅ Design and implement collection strategies for Payday Loan products.

✅ Develop early-stage, mid-stage, and late-stage collection workflows.

✅ Create customer segmentation-based treatment strategies.

✅ Optimize contact strategies through calls, SMS, WhatsApp, email, and field collections.

✅ Lead collection executives, tele-callers

✅ Set monthly collection targets and KPIs.

✅ Conduct performance reviews and coaching sessions.

✅ Manage hiring, training, and productivity improvement.

✅ Drive self-service repayment channels.

✅ Implement automated reminder systems.

✅ Utilize predictive dialers and collection technology.

✅ Improve digital payment conversion rates.
