Job Description

We are looking for a Telecaller – Collection & Recovery to join our team at Sanidhya Enterprises.

The role involves making calls to customers regarding outstanding dues, payment follow-ups, and debt collection & recovery, while communicating professionally and maintaining accurate follow-up records.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers for collection and recovery

• Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments

• Communicate payment-related information clearly and professionally

• Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints

• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer follow-ups

• Follow up regularly as per assigned cases

• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team when required

• Achieve assigned calling and collection targets

• Maintain professional communication with customers

Job Requirements

• Minimum 10th Pass

• 0 – 1 year experience; freshers can apply

• Good communication skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Ability to communicate in Hindi / Marathi / English

• Good customer-handling and follow-up skills

• Willing to work 6 days a week

• Comfortable working in the Day Shift
