Job Title: Loan Recovery Executive / Officer

Department: Collections / Recovery

Job Summary:

Responsible for recovering overdue loan payments through telephonic and field follow-ups while ensuring compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up with customers for overdue EMIs via calls
Achieve assigned monthly recovery targets
Negotiate repayment plans and settlements
Update recovery status and maintain records
Coordinate with legal/field teams when required
Ensure ethical and compliant recovery practices

Requirements:

Strong communication and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of loan recovery and collections
Willingness to handle field visits (if required)

Work Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Qualification & Experience:

12th Pass / Graduate
0–2 years' experience in loan recovery or collections

Work Type: Office
