We are hiring Loan Recovery Tele Callers for handling customer calls related to due EMI and overdue EMI payments. Both male and female candidates can apply. Freshers and experienced candidates (DRA & Non-DRA) are welcome.
Call customers regarding due EMI and overdue EMI payments
Follow up with customers and request timely payment
Convince customers politely to clear pending dues
Share payment details and payment options with customers
Update call remarks and payment status in system / Excel
Maintain professional and respectful communication with customers
Male & Female both can apply
Fresher & Experienced (DRA / Non-DRA)
Minimum basic education (10th & 12th pass preferred)
Good communication skills (Hindi required, English optional)
Ability to convince and negotiate customers
Basic computer knowledge
Basic Excel knowledge
Freshers can apply
Experience in loan recovery or telecalling is an advantage
