Job Description: Customer Support Engineer

• Location: Belapur

• Company: IDBI Bank direct payroll (Project/Process)

• Salary: ₹14,500 In-hand (₹15,000 CTC)

• Education: Graduation Mandatory

About the Role:

We are looking for a Customer Support Engineer who is motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a calling-based process. This role is ideal for candidates who possess good communication skills and are willing to grow their career in customer service and banking support operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate solutions over calls.

• Assist customers with banking-related information, processes, and issue resolution.

• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow standard operating procedures.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.

• Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering professional and timely support.

Requirements:

• Graduation is mandatory (any stream).

• Good communication skills – verbal and written.

• Comfortable with a calling process (inbound/outbound as required).

• Willing to work from Belapur location.

• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to handle customer interactions confidently.
