Job Description (JD) – Collection Executive / Recovery Telecaller

Position: Collection Executive / Recovery Telecaller
Industry: NBFC / Fintech / Payday Loans
Location: Noida Sector 63 / Dwarka, New Delhi
Experience: Minimum 6 Months in Collections / Recovery
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 + Attractive Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound collection calls to customers regarding overdue payments.

• Follow up with customers and ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues.

• Negotiate repayment plans and resolve payment-related concerns.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collection activities.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams for dispute resolution and account updates.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and collection guidelines.

• Update collection status and remarks in the CRM/system.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of collection and recovery processes.

• Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.

• Target-oriented and result-driven approach.

• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.

• Strong follow-up and customer management abilities.

Eligibility:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Collections, Recovery, Tele Collections, or Telecalling.

• Experience in NBFC, Fintech, Payday Loans, Personal Loans, or Digital Lending will be preferred.

• Immediate joiners preferred.
