Collection Executive / Recovery Executive – Job Description

Position: Collection Executive / Recovery Executive
Industry: NBFC / Fintech
Location: Noida / Delhi NCR / Gurugram
Experience: 6 Months – 3 Years in Collections & Recovery
Salary: As per experience + Incentives

Key Responsibilities

Handle collection and recovery of overdue loan accounts.
Conduct follow-up calls with customers for pending payments.
Manage delinquent accounts and ensure timely recoveries.
Negotiate repayment plans and settlements with customers.
Maintain collection records and update CRM/software regularly.
Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets.
Follow company policies, compliance guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams for dispute resolution and account closure.
Monitor DPD (Days Past Due) and reduce delinquency levels.

Required Skills

Good communication and negotiation skills.
Strong convincing and recovery abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Customer handling and conflict resolution skills.

Eligibility

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
Experience in Personal Loan, Payday Loan, Credit Card, or NBFC Collections preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may be considered for junior roles.
