Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Collection Executive to manage overdue accounts and ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments. The candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
Contact customers through calls and follow-ups for overdue payments.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding dues as per company policies.
Negotiate repayment plans and resolve customer payment issues.
Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.
Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for dispute resolution and account reconciliation.
Update collection status and customer feedback in the CRM/system.
Ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Strong follow-up and convincing abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Customer-focused approach with problem-solving skills.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
Experience in Collection, Recovery, Telecalling, BFSI, or Customer Service preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply (depending on company requirements).
