Job Summary:

We are seeking a result-driven and customer-focused Collections Executive to manage overdue loan accounts and ensure timely repayment. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills with a good understanding of loan recovery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact customers via calls to follow up on overdue loan payments.
Explain outstanding balances, payment schedules, and applicable charges.
Negotiate repayment plans and ensure timely collections.
Resolve customer queries related to loan accounts and payment issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong verbal communication skills Hindi and English.
Good negotiation and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of loan products and collection procedures.
