We are seeking motivated and goal-oriented fresh graduates to join our team as Collection Officers. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain expertise in debt recovery, negotiation, and financial risk management, with structured training and clear career growth prospects.

Key Responsibilities :
✔ Debt Collection – Contact customers to recover overdue payments and resolve outstanding debts.
✔ Negotiation & Settlement – Work with customers to arrange payment plans and settlements.
✔ Client Coordination – Maintain strong relationships with clients while ensuring compliance with recovery policies.
✔ Follow-up & Tracking – Regularly follow up on unpaid accounts and update records accordingly.
✔ Legal & Compliance – Adhere to company policies and legal guidelines related to debt recovery.
✔ Reporting & Documentation – Maintain accurate records of collections, settlements, and payment agreements.

Requirements :
Exp. 1-3 year in Recovery or Collection
